To register, you’ll need:
You can register at your local post office or directly with the health fund.
After registering:
You may bring a reasonable personal supply (with prescription)
Bring a doctor’s letter listing medications and diagnoses
Medications should be in original packaging

Mental health services are available in all Kupot.

Step 1: Choose a Kupat Cholim (Health Fund)

Leumit

Step 2: Register for a Health Fund
To register, you’ll need:- Teudat Oleh
- Teudat Zehut (or temporary ID)
- Israeli bank account
- Form from Misrad HaAliyah confirming you’re entitled to free coverage
You can register at your local post office or directly with the health fund.
Step 3: Activate Your Membership
After registering:- Visit your Kupah branch
- Get your membership card
- Choose a family doctor
- Download the app (most are in English)
