This depends so much on your lifestyle. Here’s a quick breakdown:
Jerusalem: Great for religious life and English speakers. Diverse but expensive.
Tel Aviv: Urban, liberal, great for tech jobs and nightlife.
Modi’in: Clean, family-friendly, lots of Olim.
Ra’anana / Herzliya: High Anglo population, good schools.
Smaller yishuvim/moshavim: Quieter life, stronger community vibes, but Hebrew is more essential.
My advice: rent first (ideally for 6–12 months) and explore! You might fall in love with a city you didn’t expect. I landed in Haifa and never looked back
